How much does Kahl charge for shipping, and do they take American currency.? 9 bucks including processing is the best Ive seen.
Also, for processing, do they give you a pk-59 mailer, or do you have to pay for it to be sent? Anybody know if Wittner does it the same way?

all k40 sold in europe comes with a pre-paid mailer. don't know where and how you'd send it from the states though...
